All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) including applicable taxes. We set our prices based on cost and strive to offer fair value for every purchase.

Shipping Policy

At True Potential, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find all information about our delivery times, shipping costs, and how we handle your order.

Processing Time

We process your order within 1–3 business days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Shipping Method

We ship via PostNord and other trusted carriers depending on your region. Tracked shipping includes a tracking number sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Untracked letters are delivered directly to your mailbox without tracking.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will assist you. In the case of lost shipments, we will contact the carrier and work with you to find a solution.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. UK, Israel), customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

True Potential has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential fees.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
